Position Overview: The Handyman will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and functionality of multiple properties under the management of our non-profit client. This role involves hands-on maintenance tasks, identifying potential issues, and liaising with licensed professionals to ensure high standards of property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs across various properties.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).




- Coordinate with licensed professionals for complex maintenance issues.
- Uphold safety and health standards in all properties.
- Manage maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in a Handyman or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication for coordinating with teams and contractors.
- A valid driver’s license (essential for travel between properties).
- Clean criminal record, as the role involves working with vulnerable populations.
