We are seeking a reliable individual to fulfill the roll of Handyman/Renovation Manager in the Vancouver and surrounding area. Duties Include
Experienced in all aspects of home renovation
Driving
Painting
Repairs
Carpentry
Tile repair and replacement
General building maintenance and repairs
Store fixture and cabinet install
Trim and Casework install
Must have basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing
Delivery of furniture and store fixtures
Door hardware repair and locks
Pick up and drop off supplies, moving etc.
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman / Renovations Manager
Good communication and high level of customer service
Well-organized and has excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Tech savvy
Undertake light installation
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and report back to the manager
Must have a valid driverâs licence and clean drivers abstract
Must have tools of the trade - general tools. Truck supplied.
Must be able to work nights and weekends if required
Ability to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time - 4-5 weeks - contract basis
