As an HCA (Health Care Aide) with Leisure Way Community Group Home Inc, your primary role will be caring for our residents' daily care needs in our small cluster care workplace.
Daily tasks include : direct care, preparing and serving meals, laundry and sundry, recreational activities, medication administration and supporting our residents living in community with one another.An LPN supervisor is on site 24hrs a day to lead and support meeting the daily needs of care. We are a small SLD/SL4D care home located on rural acreages just south of Medicine Hat, AB. We have created home-like environments that mirror residential daily living with all the supports of a licensed healthcare facility.
Our focus is to maintain a person-centred approach to care while fostering independence for each of our residents.
