Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the construction of concrete structures over four storeys, including formwork, rebar, slabs, columns, and cores.

- Manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial and institutional builds.

- Direct site staff, subcontractors, and trades to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across the site.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones; identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain strong relationships.

- Mentor and develop junior site team members, contributing to future leadership growth.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a solid background in concrete structure construction over four storeys.

- Proven ability to manage multi-level structural concrete projects.

- Deep knowledge of formwork systems, shoring, rebar, and concrete finishing practices.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large site teams.

- Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
