- Minimum five (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize items.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role.
- Ability to follow up on items.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Employee relations experience and ability to resolve issues.
- Comfortable speaking to groups of employees.
- Must be able to establish credibility and handle confidential matters.
- Ability to work onsite every day.
- Experience with HRIS Systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday.
- Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
