We're looking for a skilled and licensed HVAC Installer Lead or Helper to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and take pride in top-quality installations, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install full HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
- Handle mechanical work—welding, plumbing, and appliance repair included
- Test systems for peak performance and safety
- Maintain accurate records of all work and materials
What You Bring to the Table:
- G2 Gas Fitter license required (313D or 313A also accepted for A/C work)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC installations
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and work independently or on a team
- Capable of welding, plumbing, and handling appliance repairs
- Boiler knowledge is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license required
