Position: Residential HVAC Technician

Type: Full time | Permanent

Pay: $37.00–$47.00/hour + Bonuses & Perks

Location: On the road (Company vehicle provided!)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install and service a full range of residential HVAC systems: air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, tankless and traditional water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues like a pro.
- Respond to service calls with confidence — troubleshoot, repair, decode error messages, and order/install parts as needed.
- Handle refrigerant charging and A/C system reviews.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 5+ years of relevant residential HVAC experience.
- Hands-on expertise with installs and service of HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, boilers, tankless units, etc.).
- A valid Gas A or B license.
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (you’ll get a company vehicle and tools).
- Commercial experience is an asset, but not required.
