We’re looking for driven, motivated, and career-focused HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join a growing team. You'll play a key role delivering top-quality installations, servicing, and repairs in residential homes — all while creating an outstanding customer experience.
You bring:
- Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC experience (furnaces, A/C – central and ductless, gas boilers, tank/tankless water heaters)
- Gas Fitter 2 License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or Red Seal)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Clear criminal background
- Robust technical skills, excellent customer service, and proven performance in past roles
- Ability to generate HVAC leads and enroll customers in protection plans
- Comfortable working from heights and on ladders
- A team mindset with a positive attitude and sense of accountability
