Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lessons on medical office procedures, administrative tasks, and healthcare technology
- Follow curriculum materials to meet diverse learning styles and industry standards
- Facilitate online class discussions, hands-on activities, and practical simulations to reinforce learning
- Assess student progress through assignments and evaluations




- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student growth and confidence
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with program coordinators to support students while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

- Diploma in Medical Office Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong knowledge of medical office procedures, healthcare administration, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively
- Ability to create a supportive learning workplace that encourages participation and inquiry
- Prior experience in teaching or facilitating workshops is considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
