Our client is looking for a dedicated Insurance Broker to join their team and manage an active caseload of insurance clients.

What The Job Is:

We are seeking a full-time, in-office Insurance Broker who will be responsible for managing a caseload of insurance clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and service a portfolio of insurance clients

- Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs

- Process renewals, policy changes, and claims support

- Liaise with underwriters and insurance providers

- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies





- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Who You Are:

- Alberta General Insurance License (Level 1 or higher) is an asset — but willing to train the right candidate

- Previous experience in insurance or customer service is an asset

- Strong computer skills

- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
