As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you'll be an essential part of a driven, supportive team, offering clients trusted advice and tailored solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-savvy, customer-focused, and motivated by both personal and professional development.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing clients with explicit, personalized insurance solutions based on their needs

- Educating customers on policy options and helping them make confident decisions

- Reaching and exceeding monthly performance targets through proactive outreach

- Managing client interactions with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment

What You Bring

- A valid OTL or RIBO license (mandatory)





- Previous sales experience, ideally in financial services or insurance

- LLQP license is an asset but not required at time of hire

- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- A strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and integrity
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
