- Design and develop microservices supporting pricing, trade capture, and control applications, including regulatory-focused functionality
- Lead the architecture, development, and enhancement of distributed Java-based platforms and services
- Drive technical strategy and influence engineering direction across server-side application development initiatives
- Promote software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, automation, and development tooling
- Adopt and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, reduce technical debt, and enhance delivery throughput
- Contribute to architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews
- Lead and support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support major production events, provide timely issue resolution, and drive long-term improvements based on operational feedback

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Java and distributed server-side application development
- Experience with Spring, web services, RESTful APIs, relational databases, and middleware technologies
- Experience designing and delivering scalable microservices and enterprise-grade software solutions




- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a rapid-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across business and technology teams
- Experience working in, or desire to work in, the financial industry is a plus
- Knowledge of FX products and related business processes is a plus
- Knowledge of French and English is required
