Looking for a mothers helper, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day, on a 4 on 4 off rotation. Hours are guaranteed. I will be returning to work in January on a Night Shift rotation, and I will need support during the day so I can nap. We are hoping to find someone now so that they can become part of the routine in our family before I go to work. We have three children, ages 12, 3, and almost 1 year.
