Job Title: Jr. Architect (ISG Architecture)

Position Description

We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to facilitate strategic vision and alignment across key functional stakeholders, Define and Govern architecture solution building blocks, facilitate the development, management and communications of guardrails to enable democratization of architecture strategies. The ideal candidate embodies the core values being client focused, lead with excellence, do the right thing, and is team oriented. Responsibilities

Support the architecture assessments and architecture governance activities of all major programs.

Develop and communicate Strategy artifacts for Enterprise Architecture like Standards, Patterns and Best Practices.

Identify the opportunities for modernization, automation and optimization of the current state portfolio and provide the technology options to address the gaps in target state. Collaborate with engineering leadership, and platform architects and product strategy leaders to develop domain roadmaps across functions.Keeps current with trends and technological innovations in the Finance and IT industry, and makes appropriate development recommendation

Work collaboratively within a team of architects, software engineers, system administrators, and users.

Collaborate with EA users and potential users to identify tools and technologies, data models, data analytics, and reporting/visualization approaches to assist technology leaders and technologists with architectural data-driven decision-making.

Create Squad-level view of work plans and conduct Agile meetings/ceremonies (e.g., Product Framing, Scrum of Scrums,



Fleet Sync, Fleet Steering, Chapter Ceremonies, Fleet Day, Annual Planning and Strategic Review and Incremental Business Review (IBR).Manage engagement with external partners (e.g., Cybersecurity, ASG, DevOps, Tech Arch, etc.).Take ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies or through Scrum-of-Scrum ceremony.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a general Enterprise Architect in large development organizations.

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models like TOGAF.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university

10+ years hands-on experience designing & developing technology solutions

Experienced in designing and building cloud-native applications and knowledge of Cloud Services by Azure, Google and AWS.

Experience in various Container Strategies ? (Kubernetes, EC2, Docker)

Strong hands on knowledge of Python and Angular must.

Experience and advanced knowledge of coding languages and frameworks (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C/C++, React). Experience in developing and working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Sybase) and distributed storage technologies like MongoDB.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working with teams across different time-zones and countries

Experience working and influencing the designs of software architects

Experience of understanding the application of architectural design patterns such as Event Driven Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Micro-Services Architecture, Domain Driven Design, Layered Design

Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills;

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills

Experience designing systems using modern web stacks

Experience of designing systems to integrate with SaaS vendors in their hosted workplace, in DMZ and on Internet.

Implementation experience using SRE and DevOps practices.

Excellent Documentation and presentation skills.
