There’s robust and steady demand for clerks across a mix of litigation and solicitor-side practices. Whether you’re managing files end-to-end or supporting a busy legal team, there’s room to move.

What Firms Are Looking For:

- 3–10 years of experience as a law clerk in a firm environment
- Strong drafting, file management,



and organizational skills
- Experience with Ontario courts, filings, deadlines, or transactional closings
- Ability to work independently and support one or multiple lawyers
- Exposure to common legal tools (Divorcemate, PC Law, ACL, Primafact, Teraview, etc.)
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable juggling deadlines
