Lawyer - Real Estate

Our client is a multi-service, mid-sized law firm located in Mississauga seeking to expand its team of lawyers within the area of commercial and residential real estate.

The successful candidate will be involved in structuring and completing complex real estate and land development transactions.

Your recent role In this new role you will be responsible for assisting clients in all areas of real estate law including residential real estate transactions, commercial leasing, financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and land development. Provide support to other lawyers and ensure deadlines are met.

What you will need to succeed To be considered for this position, you must have:

- B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent)
- Good standing with a Canadian Law Society
- 6+ years of real estate law experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills
- You can work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
