Location: Oakville, ON (Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio)

Compensation: $20$22 per hour + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and convert interest into memberships.

- Drive sales through phone, email, and in-person consultationsturning prospects into loyal members.

- Build local awareness by planning and participating in events, pop-ups, and business partnerships.

- Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead tracking and follow-ups to closing deals.

- Be the welcoming face of the studio, delivering top-notch service to every visitor.

- Support daily operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and maintaining a polished front desk environment.

- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is helpful, though not required.
