Our outstanding client, a thriving development corporation currently located in downtown Toronto easily accessible by DVP and TTC is growing and adding to its team! This is a new role!

Our client is in need of a bright, energetic and enthusiastic Legal Assistant to predominantly support the General Counsel. Real Estate law firm or in-house legal experience is required.

The following experience and skills are required for this exciting role:

- 5 years of legal administrative experience supporting a lawyer in a real estate practice;
- Knowledge of and experience working with a Document Management System;
- An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational and technical skills including tracking and black-lining lengthy legal documents;




- Experience working with Teraview;
- Positive energy, enthusiasm and ‘can do’ attitude;
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Must be diplomatic, skilled and possess the ability to deal with all members of the team.
