We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Charisma Dental Studio, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 am-5:30 pm (can be versatile)
Wage: $30 to $35/ hour, depending on experience. What you’ll do: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment. What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Certification as a Dental Assistant with BCCOHP
Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, and you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
Comfort with Power Practice, Cleardent and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus! Who we are:
