Job Overview:

Our client has a growing cleaning company in Langley, BC, and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaners, and ensure that all work meets our high standards of cleanliness. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day tasks, prioritize health and safety, and maintain excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cleaning team.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff.
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are well-maintained and stocked.
- Create schedules and assign duties to team members.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Handle any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
- Maintain records of inventory,



expenses, and timesheets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts as needed.
