WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

You will: Inspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as needed

Communicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plans

Inspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standards

Ensure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production plan

Walk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime

Monitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hours

Complete startup and shutdown checklists each shift

Wear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all times

Connect with supervisors to report concerns, changes, or updates

Support production quotas and report quality concerns promptly





Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (asset, not required)
