Our client, a well established and friendly full service law firm, located in North Toronto, close to Highway 401 and steps to TTC, is in need of a Litigation Law Clerk to join its team.

This is a wonderful chance to join a firm that has a low turnover of staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in all facets of a litigation file and to support predominantly two lawyers.

3+ years of experience working in a civil or commercial litigation practice plus strong knowledge of CaseLines, Outlook, MSWord and Adobe are further required. An interest in working in Estate and Commercial Litigation is further necessary. Knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure is essential.

Experience working with mortgage enforcement files would be considered an asset but is not a requirement.
