Miller Maintenance has immediate openings for Loader Operators. The winter maintenance season runs yearly from October until April, weather dependent. Responsibilities:

- Ability to load winter works fleet with salt and sand in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records and daily equipment log
- Perform daily maintenance and associated maintenance records




- Complete WOR records original copies
- Maintain yard cleanliness
- Other duties as required

Requirements:

- Previous Loader Experience, required
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment in a protected and efficient manner
- Previous experience in winter works operations an asset
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance, considered an asset
- Team player, with effective communication skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
