Our client is seeking a Maintenance Shift Leader – Food Industry

Location: Oakville ON

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Shift Leader to oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced food production workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities on assigned shifts.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.

- Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.

- Support continuous improvement and uphold food safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or trade certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance in the food production or manufacturing industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality standards.
