About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support residential and commercial properties in Iqaluit. This role focuses on plumbing repairs, building maintenance, and general troubleshooting, with work performed in a northern setting.

What You’ll Do Perform plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, drainage, water systems)

Complete general building maintenance (basic electrical, doors, windows, HVAC support)

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies

Prepare units for new tenants (repairs, inspections)

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Support winterization and cold-weather building maintenance What We’re Looking For Experience in plumbing and building maintenance





Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Comfortable working in outdoor and cold-weather conditions
