Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all building services-related activities
- Ensure operation and maintenance of facilities in a safe, reliable, and compliant manner
- Recruit, train, develop and manage performance of direct reports
- Maintain responsibility for facility maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations
- Ensure effective programs for calibration of building systems
- Develop and manage the cost center budget
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CI tools

Requirements

- Engineering Degree / Technologist Diploma (preferably Mechanical) or a Second Class Stationary Engineering Certificate (minimum)
- Post-graduate courses in building systems are desirable
- 8+ years’ experience in the management of a large physical plant
- Demonstrated expertise in energy management and large-scale facility management
- Positive knowledge and demonstrated experience with Building Automation Systems
