- Implement Growth and GTM strategies to drive sales and revenue

- Lead Agile operations for growth initiatives, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Design and implement scalable processes to support Agile delivery and GTM execution

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in GTM strategies and execution, ideally within a growth-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in building and optimizing processes, with a track record of leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency
- Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing analytics, data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end and complex delivery of growth initiatives
- Experience in leading Agile operations, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration
