Your role involves strategic support for the DHC-515 aircraft program, emphasizing compliance and cutting-edge safety practices. Ideal candidates will have deep industry experience and a passion for fostering a safe workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program implementation
- Manage incident reporting via Cority
- Lead development of strategic H&S; objectives
- Conduct incident investigations for root cause analysis
- Develop H&S; performance reports for leadership

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Health & Safety experience
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience with Cority incident management software
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
- Professional certification (e.g., CRSP) is an asset
