This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Member Services Representative (MSR), you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same.
You’ll wear many hats — from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance consultant — all while staying on the move and adapting to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to connect, adapt, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout. The hourly wage for this role is $19.74.
Key Responsibilities Represent CAA Niagara with professionalism and pride as a brand ambassador.
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building trust and loyalty with members.
Assist members with a variety of services, including membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.
Flexibly move between tasks, roles, and locations based on daily operational needs.
Provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to ensure every member leaves with value.
Qualifications &
Skills Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and other digital tools
Excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
Outgoing, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
Able to thrive in a busy, quick-changing work environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends Education &
Experience Secondary School Diploma preferred
Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
Previous experience in a multi-tasking or fast-paced environment considered an asset Working Conditions Standard office environment with frequent computer use and digital systems
