Position: Millwright

Journeyman – Maintenance Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor We are looking for a Millwright Journeyman to join our Maintenance team! Our Millwright will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on the production line!

Experience · You have 3-5 years of relevant experience · You have Red Seal Millwright certification · You have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite · You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills · You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Nice-to-Have · Experience and/or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma things you will do… · Read blueprints,

to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery · Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces and generators according to layout plans using hand and power tools · Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts · Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery · Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls · Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery · Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment · Other duties as assigned
