We are a global team that designs and develops products to support the mobile platform used by Morgan Stanley's global employees and business. These include end user-facing applications, administrative and reporting tools, and automated processes.We are hiring a new team member who will work across the full stack to help develop and support our suite of products used on both mobile and desktop. The candidate will work in an agile environment and assist in implementing DevOps best practices and automation.

Required skills

?Java and OO design

?Web development, including JavaScript/CSS/HTML

?Python scripting

?Experience of agile, e.g. Scrum and/or Kanban

?DevOps experience with CI/CD processes

?Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment

?Strong troubleshooting skills, including with code written by others

?Solid computer science background

?Positive communication skills with both other developers and non-technical colleagues

Preferred skills

?Experience with relational databases such as Sybase or DB2

?Some interest in UI design

?Some interest in learning and working on native mobile development
