Position Summary

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Windsor-Essex area, is currently seeking an experienced Tool Maker / Mold Maker to join their growing team. This position will involve precision tooling repairs, modifications, assembly work, and support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Repair, modify, and maintain tooling and components

- Perform precision grinding, fitting, assembly, and welding tasks

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

- Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production requirements





- Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met

- Maintain a safe and organized work setting

Qualifications

- Tool & Die / Mold Maker experience preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

- Experience working in a tooling or precision manufacturing environment

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
