Your Responsibilities

- Taking inbound leads, online, by phone, or in person and converting these to closed mortgage applications, with the support of the documents fulfillment team

- Working closely with the documents fulfillment team to ensure a smooth mortgage process

- Providing an educational and consultative experience to clients throughout the entire process and handling customer complaints, should they arise

- Maintaining your Provincial Mortgage Agent designation

Your Qualifications

- Mortgage Underwriting experience ( Must have)

- Sales experience and skill

- Self-motivated

- CompetitiveAnalytical: You can break down complex information for our clients

- Resourceful: You may not have all the answers, but you know how to get them

- Proactive: You are never idle and love being busy
