Role-model adaptability, including "lean in" behavior, innovation (including digital/AI), and high integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Balance performance management with coaching, mentoring, and employee development. Empower team members to effectively manage priorities and build leadership capabilities for the future. Contribute to and foster a strong "One Oncology" culture across the broader Oncology organisation.
