You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks. We are seeking a seasoned Network and Services Architect to drive the strategic vision and evolution of our telecommunications infrastructure.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing complex technology architectures spanning LAN/WAN networks, security solutions, and cloud environments. Strategy and Architecture Design ~ Complex Architecture Definition: Design and document both high-level and detailed architectures for networks, security, and telecommunications services, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. ~ Technology Investment Planning: Develop roadmaps, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to support technology investment decisions. ~ Establish and evolve architecture principles, policies, standards, and best practices for communication infrastructures. ~ Serve as the primary technical advisor and strategic consultant to project teams, leadership committees, and internal stakeholders.



~ Ensure seamless integration and connectivity between new technology infrastructures, existing networks, and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). ~ Technical Validation: Assess and validate architecture proposals developed by external vendors and internal engineering teams. ~ Procurement Support: Contribute to technical specifications, RFP development, and proposal evaluations for the acquisition of technology products and third-party services. ~Secure Architecture Design: Develop integrated network security architectures, including network segmentation, access control, and external traffic protection, to safeguard corporate information assets. ~ Business Continuity: Assist in developing high-availability strategies and designing robust disaster recovery solutions for critical business services. ~ Monitoring Strategy: Define requirements and approaches for proactive monitoring of technology environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

More than 7 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in large-scale network, security, or telecommunications architecture roles. Proven experience developing strategic technology roadmaps and designing geographically distributed enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, data centers).

Technical Expertise





Hands-on experience designing hybrid network architectures connected to major public cloud platforms such as: o Microsoft Azure o Amazon Web Services (AWS) Strong ability to develop, write, and present strategic and executive-level documentation, including business cases, chance assessments, and architecture proposals. Advanced professional certifications in networking, security, or cloud architecture, such as: o Cloud Architecture certifications (Azure, AWS, etc.) Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Job Status: Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
