We are searching for a team of experienced Bilingual Brand Ambassadors and a Supervisor with strong English and French language skills to join our team to head a recycling forward activation in the province of Nova Scotia! This team will be travelling to different cities to speak to community members about the Blue Box transition happening in Nova Scotia and best recycling practices within their municipality.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Educating and interacting with customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Assist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assets
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks as required.
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
- Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final report.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
- Drivers license and access to vehicle is considered a prioritized asset
- Comfortable and experienced driving 1 ton truck (16 ft box truck)
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to drive & open to travel.
- Other duties as assigned.
