About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company at the forefront of sustainable construction technology. They specialize in integrating energy-generating solutions into architectural cladding and prefabricated systems used in modern infrastructure. As they expand their project pipeline across North America, they are seeking a dynamic office project manager to serve as the operational link between internal teams, manufacturing, and on-site execution.
Role Overview
This individual will play a critical role in managing cross-functional project operations—ensuring contracts, schedules, and communications are aligned for seamless delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in high-performance construction environments, is proactive with stakeholder coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project lifecycles across engineering, production, and site operations.
- Serve as the internal and external point of contact for ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee contract management, from negotiation through compliance and close-out.
- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor field reports, quality assurance metrics, and ensure adherence to building codes.
- Manage risk tracking, safety practices,
and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct team check-ins, manage issues proactively, and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices in project execution and documentation.
- Support financial tracking and project budgeting as required.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Background in prefab, building systems, or renewable construction environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling tools, budget control, and contract workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction or solar-integrated systems is a strong asset.
