Duties include (but are not limited to):

Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction workforce and oversee on-site construction activities to construct the project effectively, safely and within budget.
- Hire, train, supervise and mentor craft personnel; oversee own-forces crews and subcontractors and manages the work.
- Develop and maintain open communication with crews, trades, project team and clients to ensure project performance, safety and quality requirements are met.
- Prepare work plans and scheduling to determine manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor and execute the project construction plan;

- Lead effective site meetings with craft, trades, and project teams.
- Examine field conditions,



corrects inaccuracies and implements cost saving measures.
- Understand project scope and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on civil oilfield projects

- Excellent leadership qualities
- Strong time management skills able to keep crews to task and maintain an established work schedule to complete the projects in a timely fashion
- Organized and able to complete regular project documentation
- Able to work collaboratively with the project management team

- Strong communication skills able to delegate and provide instructions clearly with sufficient detail
- Proven leadership capabilities and able to mentor workers for advancement

- Valid drivers licence and clean drivers abstract.
