Availability: All candidates will be considered; providing at least some guaranteed weekday, daytime availability is an asset for this role.

As a patio crew member, you will create an outstanding guest experience on our dockside Patio (1 Brock St., Crawford Wharf), providing guests with fast, quality service. You will be responsible for the operation, cleanliness, and quality of service on our patio.

Qualifications:





- Positive attitude and professional approach to teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English required.
- Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
- Heavy lifting and other demanding physical work occasionally required.
- Previous experience in a leadership role considered an asset.
- Smart-Serve certification required.
- Safe Food Handlers certification required.

Responsibilities:

- Complete setup tasks and ensure the patio is ready for service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, allergens, cook times, and inventory.
- Ensure that proper cash-out procedures are followed, and floats are accurate.
- Accurately expedite, fill out, and collect required paperwork (forms, guest evaluations, cleaning lists, deposits).
- Assess restocking requirements for the patio: food, beverage, and equipment.
- Consistently meet and exceed standards for service timing and service excellence.
- Proficiency in the operation and management of POS system and related devices.
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs: exceed expectations, and create an outstanding experience.
- Additional duties as required to assist other departments.
