Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have:

- Support business partners in the analysis of needs, technological choices and architectural orientations;
- Carry out chance, impact, feasibility and technological positioning studies;
- Design operating solutions that meet availability, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements;
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical models of infrastructure and technology platform solutions;
- Define integration, implementation, migration, operation, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies;
- Ensure consistency between enterprise architectures, solution architectures and operating components;
- Evaluate the technological, operational, financial and security impacts of the proposed solutions;
- Identify exploitation risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies;
- Prepare and present architecture files to governance and validation bodies;
- Produce required architecture deliverables, including diagrams, design documents, decision papers and recommendations;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate security controls into the design of solutions;
- Ensure alignment with the infrastructure, network, telecommunications, cloud, operations and development teams;
- Contribute to the evolution of standards, frameworks and technological best practices;
- Participate in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and technology platform modernization initiatives.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of ten (10)



years of experience in information technology;
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in operations solutions architecture, infrastructure architecture, or technology architecture;
- Experience designing complex solutions in large organizations;
- Demonstrate experience in critical environments requiring high levels of availability and security;
- Master modernization, cloud migration or digital transformation projects;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, SUSE), and VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter);
- Have a good understanding of Azure technologies, Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Network, Azure Firewall, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Microsoft Entra ID (an asset);
- Be proficient in network and telecommunications concepts and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSec VPN, SSL/TLS, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Load Balancing and hybrid cloud networks;
- Have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, including Zero Trust, IAM, Entra ID, MFA, PAM, PKI, encryption, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001;
- Have expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm, Service Mesh and API Gateway;




- Be proficient in Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus or Artifactory;
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights;
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB environments;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, complex problem solving and popularization to technical and executive stakeholders;
- Demonstrate influential leadership, autonomy, judgment, professional rigor and a strong results-oriented approach;
- Be able to work effectively in complex and ambiguous contexts while promoting innovation and continuous improvement;
- Maintain an active watch of emerging technologies and market trends;
- Have one or more Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL v4, CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CKA, CKAD, or CCNP Enterprise certifications (an asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
