We are working with a trusted client to find a dedicated and experienced Operations Specialist to oversee the daily functions for an organization in the pet industry. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring the well-being of all dogs in care.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensuring smooth operations across all services while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for pets and exceptional service for their owners
- Coordinating daily operations, maintaining high standards of animal care and safety
- Handling client inquiries and concerns
- Optimizing workflow across daycare, boarding, and grooming services
- Staff scheduling, training, performance management, and fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Who You Are:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage and support a team of up to 12 staff members
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for working with animals
