Our client, a global consulting firm, is in need of an Oracle HCM Consultant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

- High level experience with software such as Oracle HCM cloud, Taleo, Workday, Success Factors or other HRIS systems
- Proven track record implementing HCM solutions from a functional perspective with experience in any of the following modules: Core HR, Advantages, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance & Goals Management, Time & Labor or Payroll
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
