Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Make OUTBOUND -high volume of calls to individuals notifying them of past due payments
- Provide customer service on collection issues,



process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
- Provide excellent & considerate customer service to clients and debtors
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Outsourcing Department

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal oriented and committed to excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with accounts receivables, an asset
- French or Spanish, an asset
