Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team in the construction restoration industry, in the Markham / Scarborough area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, generating leads, and driving sales of restoration services within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will excel in a field-based position, connecting with property managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and homeowners to promote the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored restoration solutions.

- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

- Stay up to date with construction restoration services (e.g., water, fire, mold remediation) to effectively educate clients.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.





- Document client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build professional relationships.

- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth service delivery after the sale.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in the construction, restoration, or insurance sectors.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel within the region is required).

- Knowledge of the local construction and restoration market is a plus.

- Self-driven and able to work independently in a field-based role.

Compensation:

- Base salary plus commission, based on experience.
