In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic territory, nurture long-term client relationships, and provide expert guidance on lighting, kitchen, and bath solutions through a consultative, customer-focused approach.

We’re looking for motivated salespeople who thrive on building relationships, providing thoughtful solutions, and driving measurable business growth.

What you will do: Drive revenue and grow accounts by delivering expert guidance on design projects that meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with architects, designers, home builders, and other key stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing business and uncover current opportunities.

Represent ROBINSON at trade shows and industry events, building your network and the company’s presence.

Stay ahead of design trends and product knowledge to provide the most informed solutions for clients About You: Sales-driven but excel in a consultative,



relationship-focused environment.

2+ years of experience selling decorative lighting and plumbing fixtures in a design-based or B2B setting.

Skilled at developing sales strategies, growing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Enjoys collaborating with customers and colleagues to provide seamless service and solutions.

Passionate about interior design and confident in presenting tailored recommendations.

Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications to manage accounts and sales activity. Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us.
