About CanadianSIM

CanadianSIM is Canada’s largest pre-arrival wireless provider, helping international students, workers, and current immigrants get connected before they land. We’re a Rogers/Fido/Chatr authorized dealer with airport presence across multiple Canadian cities and an ecommerce platform serving customers globally. We’ve been operating since 2005 and are entering our biggest growth phase yet.

The Role

We are expanding our institutional partnerships, which deliver a high volume of pre-qualified newcomer leads directly into our pipeline. These are not cold leads. These are confirmed individuals who are coming to Canada, with full documentation, introduced to us by trusted partners they already rely on.

Your job is to convert them. All of them.

You will own the entire conversion pipeline end-to-end: from the moment a lead enters our system to a live activation on the Rogers network. You will design and manage omni-channel outreach sequences, coordinate with our sales reps globally, manage device recommendations, stage airport fulfillment, and report on conversion performance weekly. You are the single point of accountability for the highest-value lead source in the business.

You report directly to the Head of Revenue.

What You’ll Do Own the full conversion pipeline for leads received from institutional partnerships — from ingestion to activation

Design and manage omni-channel outreach sequences — timed and sequenced for maximum conversion

Triage incoming leads: qualify, route by geography and language, flag duplicates, prioritize by arrival timing

Coordinate with sales reps globally to ensure every lead is contacted within defined SLAs

Manage device diagnosis for incoming leads: identify which customers need device offers and coordinate staging with airport operations

Work with our CRO specialist to optimize the conversion landing page and checkout experience for partnership leads

Build and maintain a live dashboard: leads in, contacted, converted, stuck, lost — by country, by institution, by week

Deliver a weekly conversion report to leadership with root cause analysis on every percentage point gap

Coordinate with the partner’s operations team on lead quality, data accuracy, and volume forecasting What We’re Looking For 3+ years in a conversion, inside sales, or channel management role where you owned a number

Experience managing high-volume inbound lead pipelines

Comfortable building and iterating omni-channel outreach sequences that drive conversion at scale

Has managed or coordinated a distributed team across multiple time zones

Data-driven: you build dashboards, you track conversion by segment, you diagnose why something dropped 3% this week

Comfortable working with CRM systems — not just using them, configuring workflows

Experience in ecommerce, telecom, SaaS,

or any business where conversion rate is the metric that matters

Based in Toronto with ability to work on-site full-time Strong Assets Experience in the newcomer, immigration, or international student market in Canada

Has worked with omni-channel messaging platforms at scale

Speaks a second language relevant to international markets (Hindi, Tagalog, Portuguese, French, Yoruba, Igbo)

Experience coordinating physical fulfillment alongside digital conversion (e.g., staging products for customer pickup)

Familiarity with eSIM activation, wireless plan structures, or carrier dealer operations Compensation - $60-75k per annum

Why This Role This is not a typical sales job. You’re not prospecting. You’re not cold calling. You’re converting a pipeline of pre-qualified, high-intent leads that are already introduced to us by trusted institutional partners. The product-market fit exists. Your job is to build the machine that closes at scale.

Real volume, real impact. The lead volume you’ll manage is significant. Every percentage point of conversion improvement translates directly into six figures of annual revenue.

Build something from scratch. This is a new function. You’re not inheriting someone else’s playbook. You’re writing it. The outreach sequences, the triage logic, the airport coordination, the rep deployment — all of it is yours to design.

Growth path. As the partnership portfolio scales and new institutional partners are added, this becomes a team lead and eventually a channel director role.
