- Experience: 3-6 years in Pega with good hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series
- Strong PEGA developer with CSSA certification
- Hands-on Pega experience for at least 3+ years in multiple projects
- Strong Knowledge in Class Design, UI, Case management, Flows and Integrations.
- Experience in Pega 8 .x
- Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Scrum. Pega Express and onshore-offshore mode.
- Experience in Pega DSM, Customer Service framework.
- Good Database experience, Scripting experience.
- Positive Communication and interpersonal skill.
- Experience with client facing role at onsite/offshore.
- Experience with estimation.
- Strong technical leadership skills
