This position demands significant experience and includes overseeing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. You will work closely with leadership, ensuring adherence to HR policies while infusing positive employee morale within the organization. Resolve employee relations issues and guide decision-making

- Provide HR support and coaching to management teams
- Manage leave of absence as per ESA requirements
- Oversee recruitment processes and employee onboarding 8+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required
- Robust knowledge of HR policies and compliance
- Master’s Degree preferred Drive employee engagement and HR excellence for Ferrero's team in Canada.
