Responsibilities
- Account Management - Provide dedicated service for your personal book of business, including both home and auto policies.
- Sales & Quoting - Prepare quotes, sell new policies, and respond to incoming client inquiries and leads.
- Relationship Building - Establish and manage relationships with underwriters to support client needs and growth.
- Payment Handling - Collect receivables, manage payment transactions,
and ensure timely processing.
- Policy Processing - Handle policy changes and issue necessary insurance documentation.
Who You Are
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Level 1 Insurance License minimum, with CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards it) as an asset.
Skills & Attributes
- Client-Focused - Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Independent & Organized - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Robust Communicator - Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to manage and prioritize client needs.
