We are seeking Personal Support Workers for full-time or part-time opportunities in the Shelburne area.

Quick Information

Compensation: $19 $21/hour

Requirements:

- Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)

- TB Test

- PSW certificate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.





- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Experience in dementia care, NVCI, or GPA is an asset.

- Positive work record and reliable attendance.

- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required.

- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

- Observe and report changes in residents condition to nursing staff.

- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.

- Maintain accurate documentation as required.

- Support residents physical, emotional, and social well-being.

- Assist with meal service and mobility needs.

- Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control practices.

- Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
